A bully is a person that physically and/or psychologically harasses another person over a period of time. Typically, the harassment is not provoked by the victim. Why do kids become bullies? How can parents get to the bottom of what’s happening at school? What can parents do to help their child who is being bullied?

Most schools today have some form of anti-bullying code, and likely have a curriculum to go along with it, and so getting your child’s teacher and administrators involved in finding a solution to the problem.

Dr. Pete Stavinoha, neuropsychologist, shares his expertise for families on both sides of this difficult issue. Dealing with the bullying behavior, and stopping it, is paramount, and Dr. Pete’s advice can help. Check out the podcast and then let us know whether the show helped your family.
